The Power of LOVE | Simon Sinek

Simon Sinek tells us that love, like leadership is slowly revealed and if you truly care for those around you the effect on all is profound.

Love can be likened to exercise in the respect that both will never show immediate gains to you. It takes time to build and see the results, and comes from all the little things that we do – if taken separately they do hardly anything to further your progress, but added up they all equal the final goal. This is also like leadership. If you as a leader take the time to listen and care about those around you they will feel real connection forming and never want to leave you.

If the numbers of people around you are too great for this care it does not matter. What matters is that you care for those immediately around you, and in turn they will do the same. In this manner the love and appreciation filters down giving everyone a connection even without knowing everyone. So do the right thing and have the courage to stand up for what is right – as when you have the love of those around you the courage is natural and instinctive.
