THE POWER OF HABITS & HOW TO CREATE THEM
If there is anything that you would like to stop, it comes down to HABIT. You need to create new nero paths. Take this one step back, you might want to change your environment in which to lay those new pathways down in reality. All behaviour is belief driven and you get to choose your beliefs with an open mind.
A way to change a belief – Attempt do to something that you have never done, and do it until its done. The belief then cannot be anything other than that you CAN do it. And now you have a new pathway.
