What we believe inside of us, given time, the brain will search for. If we feel that we’re not doing enough or that we cannot do certain things, the brain will search for evidence to prove that right. We need to reprogram this for a positive effect.
We need to spot things around us that affirm that we are on the right track and that we can see opportunities to push us further. We have to visualise ourselves in a position we want to be at, really picture it in your minds and then feel the emotions that come with the success that you have visualised.
Our brains cannot tell the difference between the bad that happens to us and the positive things we create in our minds. It will see these almost as if they were real. So doing this everyday can help you build the skills you need to actually accomplish your goals.
