Richard is the Media Content Manger for Success4.com. He has a BA Honours in Film and Television Production from ARU in Cambridge where he went on to manage the Multi Camera TV Studio as well as teaching film editing, directing for film and writing for screen.

Richard has worked at BBC Voice, managing the television studio as well as running Appletree Media Norwich which made documentaries and promotional video's for social services. He also worked in broadcast Radio at BBC Radio Norfolk and Star Radio in Cambridge. He now manages the online content for Success4.com as well as creating the video and podcast content for Success4 and Success4's clients.

He also mentors on his Feed Your Social Media Monster training course which he designed and delivers to help success4 clients to creative innovative and creative content for their social media pages.

SUCCESS4MEETS – AGENT JOANNA BROUGHTON

We met some incredible coaches, mentors and self development practitioners at The BestYou Expo in London this February. One of our missions is to increase the entertainment value in the self development world and boost the creative level of content in what can at times be a very serious business.

So we were delighted to meet Method Living Practitioner Joanna Broughton and her Agents of Genius brand. Joanna combines performing arts with neuroscience to create this unique and engaging coaching practice. We saw first hand how Joanna was able to transform a room and get people up and on stage, pushing themselves through their barricades of fear. Overcoming fear and the fear of judgement is often the first hurdle for many of us when trying to work on our own self development and Joanna has created something unique, brave and engaging so that her clients can begin to live their lives whilst freely expressing themselves as they go.
