Stop Waiting for Life to Happen
A talk by Peter Sage shows us that we need to appreciate the lives we are given more and through that do something with them which leaves a lasting impact for all.
We can often become swamped in the modern world full of technology, which is meant to bring us closer but often leaves us wanting the connectivity of reality. Through this this we can become depressed and feeling more alone than ever. We can also become too focused on ourselves rather than those around us. With all the information at our disposal we see and hear much, but learn far less as we get overloaded. This needs to change.
We need to realise that life can be taken away from us at any moment so we should live for the now, become more social in the real world and live every moment you have. Never wait for something to happen, as you may miss the opportunity – make it happen today. The lives we have are reflected by what we put into them, so make sure they are full of happiness and joy. We will sadly have to encounter trauma in life, but it is what we do with it that counts. So don’t be small, limited and confused by the millions of things happening around us. Don’t make excuses and go out and live your life to the fullest.
