Simon Sinek shows us that Empathy and Perspective are the two things great leaders need to make a success of their businesses.

Empathy.
Leadership is a skill like any other and needs training to get good at it. But this has a lot of responsibility with it, and you have to figure out if you want to be a leader or be good at a job and be lead by others. If you want to be in charge, you need to find their potential – make them want to work for you.

Perspective.
You have to figure out where you fit in the world to really get a sense of how to act correctly. You could easily use the wrong ideas and terms and let yourself or your business down. Play the game to out do yourself, not compete with others. If you just aim to outlast everyone else you can focus on what you really want without any other worries.
