Simon Sinek – BE A INFINITE PLAYER

Simon Sinek tells us of types of people in the world, and why one of them will always shine brighter than the other and have a much more fulfilled life.

He shows us that there are finite players – who play to win the game, and then it is over. Then there are infinite players – who play to stay in the game and keep going at all costs. They have the stamina to outlast any competition that would come their way.

This is in all aspects of life including business. Some people will set up companies to try and be #1, or beat the competition. From this frustration erupts, and people fail. Focus on keeping the company lasting, trading every single year and grow steadily to win out overall.

Focus on beating and bettering yourself everyday, forget everyone else. Be beneficial to others, help and inspire them to be better people also.
