Richard is the Media Content Manger for Success4.com. He has a BA Honours in Film and Television Production from ARU in Cambridge where he went on to manage the Multi Camera TV Studio as well as teaching film editing, directing for film and writing for screen.

Richard has worked at BBC Voice, managing the television studio as well as running Appletree Media Norwich which made documentaries and promotional video's for social services. He also worked in broadcast Radio at BBC Radio Norfolk and Star Radio in Cambridge. He now manages the online content for Success4.com as well as creating the video and podcast content for Success4 and Success4's clients.

He also mentors on his Feed Your Social Media Monster training course which he designed and delivers to help success4 clients to creative innovative and creative content for their social media pages.

Personal Growth workshops that embarrass/pressure you?

Are you being broke down or embarrassed into signing up for more levels of graduation in a self development seminar? Are you being hyped up and told to ring people from your past and apologise for something that THEY DID TO YOU so you can let go of the pain! if so then run for the hills guys.

If it feels wrong, in regards to you standing up in front of people and they are peppering you with questions in order to break you down and make you cry, then it is not only wrong it is dangerous and that person on the stage is dangerous and a coward.

Breaking you down to sign up for another workshop when you are either emotionally vulnerable or they have pumped you up and you are high on adrenaline is a calling card and CHEAP ARSE TRICK of these little people. Anyone who needs the validation of hundreds in a room is not someone of sound mind, and certainly has no right to make you cry in front of strangers.

Also another term to look out for is “NEXT LEVEL”, my God if you they use the term Next Level then you’ve got a Guru and please do run for the hills. Also another thing to look out for, if they give themselves a tag name like “Inspire” or “Gentlemen” then you need to get as far away from this fool as possible, and while you are at it please warn others.
