How to speak up when you feel like you can’t | Adam Galinsky
Adam Galinsky informs us of the pitfalls and benefits of speaking up and how to judge the best time to do so in our everyday activities.
This happens through our range of acceptable behaviour. We can come across as too weak to people who do not take us seriously, or that we are too fearful of talking in the first place. We can also be too strong, and be rejected asking for too much. So our goal is to increase this range and be able to accomplish more.
We do this by becoming more powerful. In both our eyes and to the others around us. So use the tips in this video to lower your risks of being ignored and rejected.
