FEARING CHANGE

What is change?

noun

an act or process through which something becomes different.
“the change from a nomadic to an agricultural society”

Change begins with a thought, but the thought has to be so powerful you act on it.
A good example of this is trying to give up smoking, if you’re a smoker, have you ever said to yourself ‘I’m going to quit tomorrow, I swear’ for whatever reason, and when tomorrow comes you don’t actually quit.
Yea? me too.

I was smoking from the age of 14 up to 39 (I’mcurrently 41 years young).
Many people want to, many people try to, many people fail.

Did you know;
Around 9 million adults in the UK smoke cigarettes: 19% of men and 15% of women. Two-thirds of smokers start before the age of 18.

Tobacco smoke.
Contains over 7,000 chemical compounds, present as either gases or as tiny particles. These include carbon monoxide, arsenic, formaldehyde, cyanide, benzene, toluene and acrolein.
Scary shit right?
I gave up after working for one of the largest cigarette manufactures in the world, the one that sponsors the racing car team with the prancing horse on it.
Why did I give up?

2 reasons, I seen the shit that goes in it and secondly, the want for change was so great I took action.

This my friends is called CHANGE.

It takes #Courage to start, and #Confidence comes as a result.

You’ve heard the saying ‘if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got’

Same thing applies to life.

If you are wanting to be more courageous or confident, I know just the place to start.
P.s I have nothing against smokers, just using this as an example.
